Crossvue, a vertical service provider for the retail market, Thursday says it signed a deal to supply its Digital Receipt services to Virgin Entertainment Group's Virgin Megastores.
The deal means the popular entertainment retailer can now track promotions across online and offline sales channels and to more effectively manage the success of ongoing marketing campaigns.

The eReceipts work with existing systems for customer relation management (CRM), loss prevention, call center management as well as loyalty programs. Crossvue says the technology lets retailers analyze trends, identify where fraud is occurring, provide new insights into customer behavior and streamline all receipt related functions.
"As a result, Digital Receipt Services will help retailers save operating expenses while at the same time optimizing promotional spending," says Crossvue CEO Aziz Valliani.
